We are seeking a talented individual to join our **Commercial**team at **Marsh.**This role will be based in our **Melbourne**office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days in the office.

This role will assist senior team members in all aspects of client servicing including managing client portfolios, administration, technical support and business development.

**We** **will count on you to**:

- Support Senior and Principal Account Broker's with portfolio management;
- Assist with the development, implementation and management of risk management and insurance programs which accurately address client needs
- Establishing, developing and maintaining long term relationships with key decision makers
- Ability to acquire and maintain an awareness of the client's business and insurance needs, noting all briefing information provided by senior servicing and broking managers
- Identifying products which benefit the client and meet their needs
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices, policy accounting information, quotations, premium calculations, policy wording, certificates of currency and all other documentations;
- Liaising and negotiating with clients, underwriters and claims managers;
- Develop and maintain a basic technical understanding of relevant classes of insurance and specialist services which the company offers to its clients.

- Demonstrated experience in the insurance industry
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Motivation for client service and solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
