**Position Overview**:
As a **Beauty Trainer** at Luxe Skin and Beauty, you will be responsible for providing expert training and education to our beauty therapists, aestheticians, and other beauty professionals. Your role will involve delivering hands-on training on a variety of treatments, including facials, skin care services, advanced aesthetics, and luxury wellness offerings. You will also play a key role in ensuring our team is up-to-date on the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in the beauty industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training & Development**: Conduct in-depth training for new and existing team members on skincare treatments, beauty techniques, and advanced aesthetics such as laser treatments, microdermabrasion, and microneedling.
- **Product Knowledge**: Educate staff on the latest beauty products and technologies used at Luxe Skin and Beauty, ensuring they have the knowledge to provide expert recommendations to clients.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Evaluate the skills and performance of beauty therapists and aestheticians, providing feedback, coaching, and support to enhance their skills and deliver exceptional service.
- **Maintain Standards**: Ensure all treatments are performed to the highest standards and in compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- **Client Interaction**: Assist with client consultations or specialized treatments as needed, providing a high level of customer service and care.
- **Training Materials**: Develop and update training materials and resources for staff to support continuous learning.
- **Stay Current**: Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and advanced treatments to ensure Luxe Skin and Beauty remains at the forefront of the beauty industry.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Beauty Therapy Qualification**: Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a beauty therapist or aesthetician, with a strong background in advanced beauty treatments.
- **Training Experience**: Previous experience in a training or teaching role is highly desirable.
- **Passion for Education**: Strong passion for sharing knowledge and helping others develop their skills in the beauty and wellness industry.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Ability to clearly communicate information and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- **Strong Product Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of skincare products, equipment, and the latest beauty technologies.
- **Professionalism & Client Focused**: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach to all aspects of your work.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $44.68 - $53.64 per hour
