We focus on meeting the needs of adult learners by providing highly flexible, accessible and affordable education and training. **Your Responsibilities** - Overall performance of the Online School of Health with an emphasis on developing and growing the division - Overseeing the Quality and Compliance of the RTO and ensuring that at ALL times Open Colleges is keeping abreast of any changes and meeting requirements within the health industry - Preparation and management of budgets - Management of quality improvement processes - Preparation of written presentations, reports and other statistics as required for clients, the CEO and the Executive Team - Develop a new training and assessment model focusing on the integration of online and blended learning programs - Manage ASQA compliance requirements of trainers and assessors and ensure ongoing compliance - Conduct quarterly performance reviews of all trainers and assessors - Manage the most efficient and effective assignment of assessment allocations to trainers ad assessors **Your Skills** - Outstanding presentation and relationship building skills - High level teaming and collaboration skills to gain the committed and motivated efforts of staff - Ability to self manage, self plan and self motivate - The ability to add value to the organisations future through efficient and proactive behaviour - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Ability to meet/exceed all KPI's as determined by the organisation - Adaptable and flexible in times of change with a commitment to continuous improvement - Understanding of requirements of RTOs and the Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations - Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience - Training, assessment or adult education qualifications - Management qualifications (desirable) - A qualification relevant to the school/s being managed (desirable) **Experience** - Proven leadership experience at a senior level with a track record of exceeding expectations - Demonstrable academic management experience (for a minimum of two years) managing a team of trainers/assessors to deliver exceptional student experience that increases learner activity, improves engagement, retention and progression - Demonstrable performance management experience (for a minimum of two years) including recruitment and selection, onboarding, ongoing training/coaching and professional development, and managing poor performance - Demonstrable knowledge of the VET sector and competency-based training and assessment - Ability to confidently use technology and complex systems - An up to date "Working with Childrens Check" is required **Please note that only applicants with full Australian working rights will be considered.
