As a
**Trainer & Assessor - School of Health **you will be in a key educational position to drive student satisfaction and learner progression within our company, on a 12 month contract.

**Your Responsibilities include**
- Mark assessments & provide constructive and timely feedback to our students
- Respond to student queries and ensure up-to-date and engaging content of our student portal
- Conduct Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and workplace assessments
- Moderate online forums and facilitate online learning activities
- Constantly improve learning materials
- Facilitate online learning webinars and Skill Development Workshops

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Must hold a current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE)
- Required credentials can include: Diploma of Community Services, and/or Certificate IV in Mental Health, Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs, Diploma of Youth Work.
- Relevant professional industry experience (must be considered current according to industry standards)
- Good level of computer literacy
- Superior student and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in competency-based training delivery & assessment
- Continue to improve various learning materials and manage online learning webinars and workshops
