The purpose of the Service Coordinator is to provide excellent customer service in a timely, effective and efficient manner to external customers by engaging directly with customers' site operational staff to create outstanding customer value primarily in the area of Service and providing related administrative support to internal customers within the nominated location.

**Key Information**:
**Salary**: $43.96 p/h + super

Contract: Starts the 14/11/22 and ends 30/06/23 (possible extension)

Location: Laverton North

Hours: Full time hours 38 per week

**Duties**:

- Effectively and efficiently utilize the available service personnel and equipment eg appropriately qualified/licensed fitters are assigned relevant work
- Effectively and efficiently administer all enquiries, complaints, quotations and purchase orders, and ensure the orderly, systematic filing and retrieval of all data, product and customer service information, related to the locations service requirements
- Efficiently administer the data entry, filing and maintenance of service related customer tyre information
- Ensure all service equipment is appropriately maintained to satisfy client and operational and safety requirements
- Supervise and efficiently administer all details relating to personnel inductions (internal & external), training needs and ongoing development and competency programs for the service personnel including client and policies and processes
- Monitor service activities to ensure work is undertaken in a timely manner, including communicating activities to clients
- Assist in developing and achieving the mutually agreed and specified 'service related' customer service performance measures for external and internal customers
- Plan, organize and co-ordinate the services of off-site service fitters

**About you**:

- Ability to manage complaints
- OHS or Procurement experience desirable
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated organisational and planning skills
- Effective time management skills
- Clerical experience in mining or manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and responsive
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- A valid driver's licence
