**The Opportunity**:
South Australia is at the forefront of the global transition to clean energy by leading the integration of renewables across the industry to support Australia’s pursuit of 100% net renewables by 2030.

We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Asset Specialist to oversee the integration, network performance and proactive management of the telecommunication network at ElectraNet to ensure system reliability, dependability, and security.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will bring;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience, in a Telecommunications Asset related role with demonstrated knowledge of all aspects of the PDH/SDH/Radio and Optical equipment, their performance and operation.
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical/Electronic disciplines (Telecommunications option preferred) or relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience in telecom providers monitoring and database systems (e.g. CNMS-NG, VertiGIS ConnectMaster, Ericsson SO-EM, Aviat Provision, Nokia NFM-T and NFM-P).
- Experience in accurate fault investigation and event recording, adhering to company SLA’s and local Operational Procedures.
- Knowledge of legislated industry requirements (e.g. WHS Act/Regulations)
- South Australian Car Driver’s License (or eligibility to obtain one).

Although not essential, it would be an advantageous if you possess;
- Industry qualifications to CCNA or CCNP level.
- White Card training.
- Similar experience within the Electricity Industry.
