**Your role**

This role will be responsible for providing effective information and records management services to DCJ to ensure flow and confidentiality of business information throughout the organisation.

**What you’ll do**

As part of the Records Management team, you will help manage tasks and contribute to the smooth running of daily operations.
- Managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while working effectively with various stakeholders involved in related projects or programs.
- Assist with complex searches and retrieval of records from offsite storage.
- Supporting business divisions with records and privacy requests while collaborating effectively across teams to ensure information is managed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and process business information in accordance with standards and guidelines to ensure all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible as required.
- Manage and maintain hard and soft copy records in accordance with standards and guidelines, by creating, storing, retrieving and tracking files to ensure accuracy and security of information.
- Provide a consistently high standard of customer service in relation to records management and information privacy across the organization to ensure efficient and timely response to requests for information and support.
- Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relationships enabling the efficient and effective co-ordination of file retrieval services.
