- Actively develop and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, achieve outcomes and facilitate cooperation, including liaising with central agencies.
- Well-developed understanding of Government processes including Budget processes
- Providing strategic direction to lead a small team to achieve quality outcomes.
- Building capability in the team through coaching, mentoring and providing performance feedback.
- Ability to work autonomously as part of a team, as well as under limited guidance.
