As an HSEQ Cadet (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality), you will be part of our dedicated team, contributing to the maintenance and improvement of our organisation’s HSEQ standards. This entry-level role provides a unique opportunity for learning and growth in the areas of HSEQ management, compliance, and best practices. You will work closely with experienced HSEQ professionals, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insights into ensuring our company’s operations are aligned with the highest industry standards.
The main duties of this role are:
- Assist in conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality, environmental,
health, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with HSEQ team members to identify potential risks and hazards in various processes and
develop strategies for mitigation.
- Support developing and implementing HSEQ policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and recommend preventive measures to avoid
future occurrences.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials and programs related to quality, environment, health, and
safety.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HSEQ, and prepare reports
for management review.
- Engage in cross-functional collaborations to promote a culture of HSEQ awareness and continuous
improvement.
- Stay informed about relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure our company
remains compliant and up-to-date.
- Participate in HSEQ meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in
HSEQ management
