**This opportunity**

The IT Workforce Management Analyst is responsible in managing resource profiles and allocations and producing reports on resource capacity, utilisation and demand. As such, this role will need to work closely with Delivery and Domain Management teams.

Key to success will be the way in which this role builds relationships with key business stakeholders at a peer and leader level, as well as with peers across all technologydomains, providing accurate input to the resource management tool to ensure resources are utilised effectively and project resourcing requirements are met.

This role would suit an enthusiastic positive person who is seeking to grow their skills in Business Engagement and roadmap planning.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and manage resource profiles (including resource skills, location, team etc ) through the Planning resource management tool (RunnIO).
- Maintain accurate resource allocation to projects.
- When project needs or resource availability changes, ability to manage the change and to work positively with the teams involved to manage impacts.
- Produce reports on resource capacity, utilisation and demand.
- Maintain and manage RunnIO as a single source of truth for resource capacity.
- Ensure timely communication of resource allocation update to team leads, such as contract end date.

**Knowledge and experience**
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Quick learner who can think logically and creatively and is able to plan, prioritise and organise activities systematically.
- Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure; distil large volumes of information and identify/articulate resourcing conflicts.
