**Casual Administrative Officer - Registry Data Collector - Join SALHN On A Transformative Journey**

As a Casual Administrative Officer - Registry Data Collector, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate patient data registries, supporting clinical research and quality improvement initiatives. Your exceptional data entry skills and attention to detail will ensure the integrity of vital healthcare information. This is an opportunity to contribute to SALHN on a mission to deliver high-quality care while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Clinical Data Coordinator, some of your duties will include:

- Ensure data is entered accurately and all available avenues used to identify required data, following guidelines in the appropriate data dictionary
- Contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of our consumers
- Follow and contribute to standard operating procedures associated with the SA-PCCOC research project
- Respond to enquiries in relation to all aspects of research data maintaining, ethical, legal and regulatory requirements

**About you**:

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and foster good working relationships internally and externally with staff at all levels including researchers and clinicians
- Experience in a health research environment (clinical trials, registries, or healthcare delivery)
- Proven experience in operating autonomously, being self-motivated and responsive to obvious needs
- Proven understanding of confidentiality, handling official information, research, ethics and governance processes
