**Join our Emergency Department Team as a Data Support Officer today**

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Trauma Nurse Manager, your duties as the Administration and Data Support Officer (Trauma) will include:

- Management of data from trauma patient records with a focus on accurate and thorough data collection
- Maintaining a tracking document for all level one and two trauma presentations and updating this document daily
- Coding of injury mechanisms, interventions and comorbidities (AIS coding experience is advantageous)
- Quality control and improvement of trauma related data

**About you**:To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Managing appointments, calendars and meetings for the trauma team
- Preparing and disseminating agendas and meeting papers, attending meetings to record the minutes, and following up on actions arising from the meetings,
- Mail management and report preparation,
- Liaising with and replying to queries from various internal and external stakeholders in relation to the trauma service.
