**Customer Solutions Consultant** THE CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS ROLE**:
At Red Energy, Our Customer Solutions team has a challenging and complex role that requires empathy, a level head and an outstanding service ethic. Our incredible consultants are the first point of contact for all of our customers, meaning the types of calls they get in a day are nice and varied - There is never a dull moment

Although you will be working from home full time, you will occasionally need to attend the Richmond based office for a team meeting or upskilling.

The best part about it? Our Richmond office is a dog friendly office decked out with massage chairs and coffee machines at every corner.

**You will be working on a rotating roster, working between the hours of 8:00am - 8:30pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday between 9:00am - 5:30pm.**
