The Solutions Consultant is a key driver in our mission. In that role, you leverage your business knowledge to lead customers through requirements and design sessions, aligning customer needs to Riskonnect software. You are able to explain and promote best practices for our customers to share the collective wisdom of our past successes and experiences. You are key in delivering project documentation, reports and training to propel customers on their integrated risk management journey.- _________________________________________**Primary Responsibilities
- A Solutions Consultant is a key representative across Riskonnect communicating the technical innovations and the challenges of the Professional Services team. You will communicate and collaborate with our Product organization to improve our overall implementation experience with our software, contribute to our Collective Wisdom to provide best practices and processes to make the entire organization more efficient and effective.- Successful execution of the Solutions Consultant role delivers prioritized workflows, automation, deliverables, documentation, acceptance test plans, customer tailored training, and analytics and insights through integrated reporting and business intelligence platforms.- The Solutions Consultant will be heavily involved in delivery of Active Risk Manager (ARM) and will be a trusted client advisor with regards process re-design, functional and technical design, and business process transformation, and advisory services.- _________________________________________**Your current Skillset will include:

- 3+ years of client-facing experience deploying solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements into written technical specifications
- Comfortable and confident while presenting and training groups of people
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, active listening skills, and time management skills, great relationship/stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Familiarity and understanding of GRC frameworks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Practical experience with SQL
- Practical experience with report writing and APIs

**Desirable:
- A degree in a related field
