**About the role**:
The Case Management role is accountable under limited direction to undertake complex work that is guided by legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies and precedents.

The Case Management is required to provide detailed technical, professional, policy, operational support and advice in relation to complex problems. Where required, the role will coordinate and assist in the strategic planning, program and project management and policy development that support the organisation’s objectives.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Attending Case Conferences, Conciliations, and Hearings
- Preparing documents detailing resolution options and outcomes at Case Management meetings
- Assessing and responding to priorities and risks
- Preparing and maintaining electronic record keeping, including evidence supporting decision-making processes and justifying conclusions reached during the case management process

**Skills and experience required**:

- Previous experience in end-to-end case management
- Demonstrated experience working within legal and legislative environments
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly skilled in research and analysis
- Ability to manage client expectations and resolve concerns effectively and promptly
- Sound administrative and self-management skills
- Passionate about working within the disability sector and positively improving the lives of individuals and their families
