
Receptionist / Administrator Part Time

**About Our Client**:
You will have the opportunity to join a global shipping business with their head office based in WA and additional offices across Australia and Asia
They deliver world-class shipping solutions and services to top-tier commodity clients across the globe.
**Main duties will include, but are not limited to**:
- Front desk reception duties, including first point of contact for all visitors, answering, screening, and forwarding of calls
- Receive, sort and arrange mail, deliveries and preparation of daily couriers
- Performing various clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, coda-filing and updating of records and registers
- Maintaining office stationery, kitchen and bathroom stocks, re-ordering
- Ensuring overall tidiness of the office including reception, kitchen, and boardroom areas at all times
- Assisting with the courier invoices and any other duties as and when required.
**The Successful Applicant**:
You should be comfortable working in a standalone role under general supervision and will need to be proactive and show initiative to ensure the office is clean and organised on a daily basis.

**Ideally you will have**:
- A positive attitude and 'can do' attitude
- Good MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Valid driver's licence
