**A bit about the role**

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
Product Goals
- Define Product requirements
- Decide in which functionality and in what time to bring product changes to the customer

Achieving Squad KPIs
- Monitor and realise E2E objectives of Squad, including Risk, IT, Continuity etc.
- Collaborate with stakeholders thus shielding the team from interruptions

Squad Backlog Management
- Prioritise backlog for the Squad
- Ensure backlog is transparent, visible and understood by the Squad
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Align dependencies with other Product Owners

Shared responsibility with squad Leadership
- Prioritise the work that chapter capabilities are needed for
- Define clear briefings for chapter members (i.e. IT Systems; Risk and Compliance)
- Ensure changes are operational ready for release

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a finance, accounting, information systems or related discipline

Certified Product Owner (Desirable)

**Experience**:

- Experience in Agile way of working
- Being able to switch between all stakeholders and facets, from customer management and team to product, market, organisation and own vision
- Keep track of the latest customer - and market developments, digitalisation, robotics and high tech developments
- Experience in delivery of business improvement or operational excellence initiatives

**Knowledge**:

- Relevant product and market knowledge
- Keep track of the latest customer - and market developments, digitalisation, robotics and high tech developments

**Skills**:
