**What's the opportunity?**

To provide expert operational support to the sales team. The Retail Channel Support Specialist will work with Sales, Product, Service, Activations, and Finance groups to understand and build solutions for performance gaps and customer experience improvements through the sales journey.
Work with external contacts to onboard, train and support to diversify sales channels and improve sales. Success of this role will ensure the growth of the dodo and iPrimus sales, improvement in the customer effort score and with mínimal impact to Business KPIs (churn, credits).
**The day to day**
The following responsibilities are attributable to the above position. However, other duties may be required from time to time as directed by your manager.
- Provide ongoing operational support to the Sales Enablement Manager, Sales teams and External stakeholders
- To engage with supporting functions as required to remediate customer issues and ensure seamless customer experience
- To ensure customers have positive sales experience as demonstrated by metrics and verbatim
- To meet or exceed all KPIs associated with Sales
- To build stakeholder relationships via verbal/written communication to allow positive interactions and operational opportunities
- Onboard and train new partners/ staff/ products/ process
- Achieve targets and KPI’s set for Sales team.
- Updating and developing new/ improved sales process.
- Understand and adhere to all legal, regulatory and company policy requirements.
- Other appropriate tasks and responsibilities as requested by Management.
- Manage and report on sales progression; sales results weekly/ monthly and initiative impacts
Key Tasks:
- Regularly maintain knowledge articles and training content with the latest offers and process.
- Update support channels on update requirements and initiatives.
- Meet or exceed any KPIs designated by your Direct Sales Manager in relation to your role
- Maintain and build on your knowledge of the telecommunications and energy Industry and relevant changes that occur. In particular, new products or changes to competitor propositions for sales insights

- This position may require after-hours availability for the management of people and operational issues
