- Managing the backlog of change across our Core banking and payment systems which may come via a variety of sources being from business enquiries, incidents, internal or external investigations or remediation. These items may come from business product, operational teams, or from evolving risk and compliance requirements. The backlog will also need to balance the incoming change from vendors, and other delivery teams executing on the overall delivery roadmap of change, to enhance and improve business and customer outcomes
- Encouraging ongoing continuous improvement in how we deliver (including our delivery and decision-making ways of work)
- You will work with internal squads, manage and promote the knowledge bases and system processes across internal and external (vendor) functions. You will ensure stakeholders are informed of proposed and developing requirements and solutions from the impact assessments performed by your team
- You’ll ensure all legal, regulatory and compliance frameworks are met, and that our business is ready for new features introduced. This could involve new processes, communication to internal teams and working with various internal stakeholders on change readiness
- Support day to day digital, product and operational teams in managing issues and complaints, feedback and incidents. The Core Banking squad plays a key role in resolving recurring issues and adapting process to optimise how the business functions via configuration, rates management, data and reporting change.
