**Role and Responsibility**

Providing administrative, customer service and scheduling support to customers, sub-contractors and stakeholders your role will include but is not limited to
- Going above and beyond in offering an outstanding customer experience, ensuring customers are well looked after and communication is transparent and professional
- Coordinating and scheduling crew and subcontractors
- Data entry, database and file management
- Managing and liaising with all relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring company policies, processes and procedures are adhered to
- Able to Work well in high-volume high-pressure call centre environment
- Meeting KPIs
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel
- Ability to type and enter information accurately whilst on the phone
- Ability to demonstrate empathy whilst being solution focused
- Minimum 2 years Previous scheduling experience with an emphasis on terrific customer service
