About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Services Manager to provide strong leadership and oversight across all business units of Forest Lake Lodge. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes and exceeding compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and oversight of all Forest Lake Lodge business units.
- Deliver exceptional and compliant care within operational standards.
- Ensure clinical governance and staff training aligns with aged care legislation.
- Exceed compliance with all aged care quality standards.
- Participate in the on-call roster.
- Lead by example

Qualifications:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse.
- Postgraduate qualifications in aged care management or business management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading clinical teams and implementing clinical systems.
- Minimum 5 years of executive management experience within the aged care sector.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven leadership skills capable of driving culture change and workforce planning.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to meet tight budgets.
- Demonstrated success in maintaining compliance and accreditation.
- Comprehensive understanding of the regulatory environment in residential aged care.
- Demonstrated comprehension of aged care legislation and quality standards.
- Expertise in clinical governance, quality, and auditing.
- Proficiency in reviewing, running, and implementing business systems and processes.
- Excellent understanding of aged care software and systems, with experience in implementing new software.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and delegation skills.
- High efficiency and proactive attitude.
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and willing to go the extra mile.
Desirable:
- Multilingual
- Proficiency in Person Centred Software and Centrim Life Software
- Proficiency in Complicare Suite
- Proficiency in Humanforce
- Proficiency in intelliHR
