**ICT Security Specialist**
- **About the role**_

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team.
- Establish, administer, and manage ICT security policies to minimize and control risks
- Troubleshoot support escalations for severity 1 & 2 issues related to compliance, threats, network operations, backups and upgrades
- Responsible for clear communication to key stakeholders at client sites
- Writing, updating, and documenting technical guidelines, end-user documents and procedures for projects, researches, designs, and analysis
- Deliver tasks in accordance with the defined scope of works and in line with best practice methodology
- Provide root cause analysis to ensure system stability is maintained
- Provide after-hours support when required
- Any other duties as deemed necessary

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Citrix technologies
- Office 365 and Azure Security knowledge
- Knowledge of Windows server and workstation security
- Security certifications such as Microsoft identity administrator, Security Analyst

Additionally, you are for an analytical thinker who has the ability and confidence to ask probing and challenging questions, has great communication and organizational skills and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver quality solutions.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- 2 years minimum experience. We will also consider fresh graduates if the person is the right fit for the organisation.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various teams
- Be able to take on other duties as required
