The College exists to inform and enrich the Victorian judiciary by providing ongoing education and professional development and support to judges, magistrates, coroners and tribunal members.
Highly respected by the legal profession, the College helps judicial officers maximise every precious hour they can devote to education by carefully curating their learning experiences. The College also brings judicial officers together so they can share their collective wisdom with each other, and connects them with leaders from an array of other disciplines who can offer different perspectives.
**About the role**
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Executive Assistant provides high-level secretariat and corporate support services to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer and College Directors.
The Executive Assistant works collaboratively to manage a centralised inbox and associated workflow, managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion and diplomacy. They provide proactive diary management and coordination of workload scheduling for senior staff, and maintain effective systems and processes to support the smooth running of the Office of the CEO.
The role involves working in a busy, professional environment as part of a small, dedicated team dealing with members of the judiciary (including members of the College Board), executives and other high-level stakeholders. As a key point of contact, the Executive Assistant is a professional interface for, and representative of, the College.
