As a Head of Organisation Effectiveness, you will join the People & Culture team that’s focused on winning together.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Partner with the Domains and lead the Operational Effectiveness squad to deliver high quality outcomes into each Domain with a focus on transformation, simplification and change management.
- Oversee the sequencing and deployment of the endorsed recommendations ensuring integration across impacted domains and teams within the bank.
- Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including ELG to secure buy-in and ensure transparency on the progress against the roadmap.
- Drive alignment between product, technology and operational teams to ensure seamless deployment.
- Point of escalation for resolving backlog impediments for org model and operating model pain points.

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Substantial years of experience in Technology transformation leadership particularly in large scale programs.
- Experience operationalising and driving the implementation of technology and business strategy that achieve intended outcomes measured through shareholder, customer, and colleague value.
- Knowledge of both software delivery and product organisations is a must.
- Good understanding of fundamental success factors in banking and product ownership.
- Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships across large organisations to support colleagues working effectively across organisational boundaries.
- Be a proven leader who inspires high levels of engagement, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
