**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate directly with clients and project teams to understand client objectives and project design
- Develop and present creative projects that support agreed upon goals and strategy
- Create cross-channel visual communication strategies (digital, print, and motion)

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop **conceptual ideas** that align with client goals and creative briefs.
- Create high-quality **finished art** ready for production or digital publishing.
- Collaborate with our team to bring projects to life with creativity and precision.
- Optional but advantageous: Use **Figma** for collaborative design projects and **video editing** skills.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing both conceptual thinking and technical execution.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, & Photoshop).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in digital and print design.
- Knowledge of **Figma** and **Adobe Premier** is a plus but not essential.
- Enthusiasm and can-do attitude essential.
