We're after an Art Director with bold ideas and serious craft. Someone who leads visual storytelling, inspires teams, and brings energy, insight and originality to every stage of the process.

We're seeking an **Art Director** who leads with bold ideas; someone who sets the tone for great visual storytelling, brings fresh thinking to every brief, and helps position Think HQ as a bold, creative force. You'll take a central role across campaigns and pitches, producing work that's original, thoughtful and packed with impact.

As part of our fully integrated, purpose-driven agency, you'll lead creative development, mentor others, and help shape a culture where ideas and execution go hand-in-hand. From early-stage concepts through to final delivery, you'll bring energy, craft and strategic insight, helping to build an environment where creativity thrives.

**In this role you will**:

- Lead the visual execution of integrated campaigns across all media, ensuring creative excellence and alignment with both client and Think HQ objectives
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, strategists, producers and developers to concept and deliver high-quality work
- Contribute to the new business process - shaping visual ideas, developing pitch materials and helping to win work that aligns with our values
- Take ownership of visual direction across a range of formats - including photography, illustration, brand development, editorial and digital
- Mentor and support junior creatives, helping to build capability and confidence across the team
- Stay across production processes and emerging formats, ensuring best-in-class execution
- Support creative operations, including workflow and collaboration tools and processes.
- About you
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience as an Art Director in an integrated agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual thinking, design craftsmanship, and innovative execution across multiple media channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a solid understanding of digital design tools and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Completion of AWARD School or a comparable creative program is highly regarded/preferable.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for creativity, design trends, and digital innovation.

This is a full-time position; however, part-time and flexible work arrangements can be considered. Think HQ is a family-friendly, hybrid workplace. Our in-office days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Our Flex days are Tuesday and Thursday.
