**Fixed term, part-time to 24 March 2026 (15 hours per week)**

The City of Rockingham is located 40km south of the Perth CBD and is one of the fastest growing local governments in the south metropolitan area. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner while actively seeking new business to meet individual targets and team goals. The Membership Officer is responsible for the administration of membership contracts.

You will need to be able to accurately communicate all membership terms and conditions to members and prospective members. You possess well developed interpersonal skills and pride yourself on your teamwork, professionalism and eye for detail.
- Experience providing high levels of customer service
- Sound IT skills with experience working the Microsoft Officer suite and Facility Management Software (managing memberships and direct debits)
- Experience in direct sales and marketing
- Current Provide First Aid Certificate with up to date CPR Certificate

**We are offering a gross salary of $60,256 per annum (pro-rata for part time role)**, as well as:

- 11.5% superannuation with the opportunity to co-contribute up to 5%
- A variety of health and wellbeing programmes including free flu vaccinations, free skin cancer checks, mental health programs and Employee Assistance Provider (EAP) services
