**About the business**:
We have 4 stores across Sydney - 3 stores branded Tucker BBQs and Joe's BBQs. HQ for both brands is in Silverwater. We specialise in retail of BBQs, Heaters, Umbrellas and Outdoor Furniture. Via our online stores we ship products across Australia.

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Marketing Specialist. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, drive traffic, and enhance engagement across various channels, both offline and online.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy that encompasses both traditional and digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign consistency.
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and new market segments.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, website content, etc.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources across different campaigns and channels.
- Supervise a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Develop and implement a robust social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Create engaging, original content for various social media platforms and manage day-to-day activities.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and respond to comments/messages promptly.
- Utilise social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and adjust strategies for improved results.
- Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing targeting and budget allocation.

**Skills and Experience**
- Degree in Marketing is required.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing roles, with a focus on both traditional and digital marketing.
- Experience in budget management and campaign analysis.
- Certifications in marketing or social media (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Experience and passion in photography & film

Proficiency in Final Cut Pro/CapCut/Canva/Adobe Suite/MS Office Suite
