WesTrac are looking for a motivated **Maintenance Trade Person** to join the Facility & Assets Maintenance Team based at our WA head office in South Guildford.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role will be responsible for undertaking repairs and maintenance work to all the Westrac Branches across the Metropolitan sites. These will include but not limited to painting and prep work on maintaining the buildings and site facilities. The ideal person will take pride in their work, working with a team and be accountable for the work undertaken within the facilities in a given timely manner.

This a full time permanent opportunity working **Mon - Fri**, **8 hours** each day based at South Guildford.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Registered Painter Decorator (commercial industry experience would be beneficial)
- Current C Class Licence
- Organisational skills and adaptable to change
- Ability to work successfully within a team and unsupervised
- Working at heights, Forklift & EWP licences are highly regarded
- Ability to preform small maintenance Tasks as required by Maintenance Manager or Leading hand
- Demonstrated alignment with the values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer
