**The Opportunity**
We currently have an exciting flexible part time position for an experienced Injury and Return to Work Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. Working across Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint and reporting to the People & Culture Manager, your primary role is to provide technical support and advice to internal and external stakeholders in accordance with legislative and business requirements to achieve positive injury management, rehabilitation and return to work outcomes following injury or illness.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Facilitating the development and implementation of return to work plans in consultation with injured employees, WorkCover Queensland, their supervisor and treating doctor
- Monitoring injured employees on a regular basis to coordinate their injury rehabilitation
- Ensuring all documentation regarding workers' compensation is completed and lodged to WorkCover Queensland within appropriate time frames
- Providing advice to managers on compliance and legislation with regards to workers’ compensation
- Complete management and administrative duties associated with the injury management process
- Maintenance of monthly statistics and reports on workers' compensation claims and costs
- Calculation of weekly compensation entitlements and reconciliation of compensation reimbursements
- Support the development, implementation and review of the businesses’ employee wellness program
- Support effective management of Non-Work related injuries, escalating appropriately where required

**About you**
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related Return to Work or Rehabilitation Coordinator role with sound knowledge of workers compensation and/or injury management processes. This will ideally be underpinned by your tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, Occupational Health & Safety, Human Resources or a related discipline along with a current valid Queensland RRTWC Accreditation.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure in an environment with competing demands and multiple objectives are a must. Your skills and qualifications, along with your passion to support our team members will see you succeed in this role.
