**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a Part-time Receptionist to join our North Sydney team, playing a fundamental role in creating first impressions and being the face of the business.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Welcoming every visitor to the office,
- Booking and maintaining meeting rooms,
- Managing stationery and office supplies inventory (and most importantly the snack cupboard)
- Support the "Fun Committee" with organising team activities, social events, and Monday morning breakfasts,
- Distribution and sorting of incoming/outgoing mail and taking or booking any deliveries,
- General administration duties involving use of the Microsoft Office suite and other ad hoc tasks when required.

Skills and Experience
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and fun-loving individual who is looking to start their career in a supportive and high-performance work culture.
- 6 months experience within a similar capacity is preferred but not required,
- High attention to detail and a can do attitude,
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with anyone,
- An Intermediate user of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word & Excel
- Polished & professional (but you know how to have fun)
