We pride ourselves on our expertise, innovation, and dedication to quality. We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our modular factory client site.

As an Electrical Site Supervisor at Bradwell Group, you will be responsible for managing all electrical activities at the modular factory client site. Your role will involve ensuring that all electrical installations and systems are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, lead a team of electricians, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all electrical work on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Allocate required labour, ensuring optimal workforce distribution and productivity.
- Provide training and guidance to junior electricians and apprentices.
- Liaise with clients to address any concerns and provide updates on project status.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of 5 - 8 years as an Electrical Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., Electrical Supervisor License, First Aid Certificate).
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and tools.
- Strong administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 and simPRO are desirable.
