**The Role**

The Accounts Payable Officer will effectively manage the full function Accounts Payable process including but not limited to expense management, data entry, vendor management, reconciliations, GL coding, and other administrative duties.

**The Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of the expense management process.
- Ensure all incoming invoices are voucher-matched by the end of each day.
- Co-ordinate payment runs with the Financial Controller and bookkeeper to ensure optimum efficiency & cash flow.
- Ensure vendor statements are reconciled each month and invoices not yet are requested and entered.
- Have a working knowledge of the Martinus chart of accounts and job numbers. Able to provide coding advice to staff.
- Filing, scanning, archiving, and any other required and any other Ad-hoc duties to provide support to other team members as required.

**The Requirements**
- 5 years’ experience in an account payable role
- Experience using Concur
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
