Expanding business in Kirrawee is seeking an experienced Glass & Aluminium installer to join our team.

This full-time role covers all aspects of glazing including replacement work, aluminium shopfronts, skylights
and roof glazing, office partitions, windows and door installation on various buildings including commercial
and residential.

We are looking for an all-rounder, a super skilled installer who can work safely alongside others and have the
drive to work on their own with a willingness to communicate and share their knowledge, step up and take the
lead.

This diverse role offers a mix of work each day on a range of sites around Sydney and is well suited to someone
that cares about the finished product, their teammates and is looking for a long-time gig where they can grow
their skill and be appreciated.

**The essentials for this role**:

- A mature positive minded solution focused attitude
- A willingness to learn and be held accountable for their work
- A willingness to respectfully teach and manage site teams
- Minimum of 5 years working with glass and aluminium
- Trade qualified glazier, carpenter or shopfitter
- Can do basic fabrication when required
- Site experience within the building and construction industry
- A high attention to detail and accuracy
- A current manual driver’s license

**Preferred skills, can be taught**:

- A thorough understanding of aluminium extrusions
- Fabrication experience
- Experience with various glazing including skylights and commercial installations
- A basic good knowledge of building practices and Australian Standards
- The ability to read architectural drawings and details
- Leading hand experience
