**The role**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Associate Engagement and Contracting Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role contributes to enhancing our value proposition and establishing risk management strategies. The goal? To ensure sustainable affordability with our contracted healthcare providers.
As the Associate Engagement and Contracting Manager, you will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the effective procurement and management of healthcare contracts. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining robust contracting strategies that balance cost-efficiency with high-quality service delivery.
A results-driven individual who cand drive and support diverse projects across functions. Quickly adapt to changing priorities and new challenges, while finding creative solutions to obstacles.

Please note, there are two positions available for Associate Engagement and Contracting Manager. With one requiring experience or a background in hospitals and the other in medical.
**What will you bring?**
If some of the skills and experiences outlined below resonate with you, we’d love to hear from you
- Working knowledge of private health insurance (particularly medical or hospital claims is highly desirable) or clinical experience in healthcare.
- Proven ability in relationship and partnership building, particularly with senior-level stakeholders.
- A demonstrated track record of achievement and successful delivery in healthcare or similar environments.
- Experience in planning, forecasting, and managing outcomes.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams across complex organizational structures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
- High attention to detail and the ability to make informed decisions based on analysis of business processes.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to balance multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player
- Tertiary qualifications not essential (areas of business management, health service or related disciplines would be desirable).
