Automation Test Lead

We are looking for an Automation Test Lead to join our growing company and form an integral part of the Quality Assurance Team. You will need to be eager to learn and motivated to succeed. In return you will get the opportunity to work alongside the best in the business.

Knowledge of cryptocurrency is a benefit but not a pre-requisite. You will be required to learn the business and how you can directly contribute to our systems performing at an optimal level of quality for our users.

This role will be reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance and will be collaborating with a range of functions including Development, Marketing, Support and Operations teams.

Your key activities will include:

- Designing and implementing test automation frameworks
- Providing thought leadership on testing automation tools and processes
- Working closely with the technical teams to design, develop, execute and maintain automation scripts enabling and advocating an automation first approach
- Delivering and reporting on automation testing activities
- Working with the Head of Quality Assurance to develop and implement a roadmap of technical improvement initiatives across testing frameworks
- Collaborating with delivery teams to implement User Interface test automation across web and mobile apps
- Driving change in the organisation on how automation testing is used to validate products
- Creating and maintaining automated regression test cases, test data and test results

**About you**
- Ideally 5+ years of experience within a similar role, working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects
- Prior experience coaching and mentoring automation testers is essential
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal to effectively communicate with other groups across the business
- Being fluent in the Russian language is extremely advantageous as our development team all have this as their first language
- A keen eye for detail, an understanding of complex system integrations and the ability to identify potential points of failure
- Exceptional organisational skills as this is required for the documentation of test cases, data and results
- Ability to identify testing pain points and assist with implementing improvements towards these areas
- Excel at collaborating with others to provide recommendations to the wider team regarding process changes; assisting with the drive of change implementation.
- Adept at providing recommendations and analytical expertise on enhancement requests raised and challenging these requests if necessary

Other skills which are ideal but not essential
- A genuine interest and understanding of crypto trading and ecosystem with a desire to learn more
