Position: Technology and Automated testing

Detailed Job Description

Define and implement the overall test strategy and detailed test plans.


• Lead and mentor a team of testers across manual and automated efforts.


• Ensure comprehensive coverage of functional, integration, performance, and security testing.


• Review and validate test cases and automation scripts for accuracy and completeness.


• Monitor test progress and quality metrics; report findings to stakeholders.


• Drive automation initiatives for API and UI testing using industry-standard tools.


• Collaborate with DevOps to embed testing into CI/CD workflows.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in Agile/SCRUM environments to align testing efforts.


• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.


• Document testing strategies, test cases, and automation frameworks for maintainability and clarity.

Must Have Skills:

Strong experience in defining and implementing test strategies across manual and automated testing.


• Ability to lead and mentor testing teams, ensuring coverage across functional, integration, performance, and security testing.


• Proficiency in reviewing test cases and automation scripts for completeness and accuracy.


• Skilled in driving test automation initiatives for API and UI layers.


• Experience integrating testing into CI/CD workflows in Agile/SCRUM environments.


• Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Pytest, and Postman for automation and API testing.


• Strong understanding of React applications and geospatial technologies (Mapbox).


• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have Skills:


• Experience with Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.


• Knowledge of time-series data validation and geospatial rendering.
