**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the maintenance of green spaces, streetscapes, flower beds, and ornamental features, ensuring they enhance the aesthetic appeal of public areas.
- Provide guidance and support to team members engaged in cleansing, including waste removal, sanitation, and beautification activities.
- Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of public spaces, identifying opportunities for enhancements or adjustments to meet evolving standards.
- Train team members on best practices, safety protocols, and efficient operational procedures in cleansing and maintenance activities.

**About You**:

- Cert III Horticulture or Parks & Gardens; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in horticulture, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
