**About the Role**:
Hourly rates are dependent on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleansing team, including street sweeping, waste collection, and litter removal.
- Lead cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and thorough coverage of designated areas.
- Train and mentor team members on proper sanitation techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment maintenance, and inventory levels.
