Currently the busiest Tribunal in Australia, VCAT serves the community by resolving civil and administrative disputes and making decisions in human rights and guardianship cases.
VCAT's status as a Tribunal, rather than a court, ensures that it operates with flexibility and informality. VCAT is part of Victoria's justice system. The courts and VCAT operate independently of direction from executive government. To support the independence of Victoria's courts and VCAT, our administrative services and facilities are provided by a statutory body corporate: Court Services Victoria (CSV).
About the role
About you
- Knowledge of business operations, in particular current or recent experience in the Residential Tenancies List at VCAT
- Demonstrated experience providing a range of administrative support services in the context of a digital transformation/IT project or similar environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools.
