Does the opportunity to join a global powerhouse, responsible for some of the world's most iconic fragrances excite you? This is a 6 month contract, hybrid role for an e-Retail and e-Commerce Coordinator to join an amazing, high achieving marketing and ecommerce team with exquisite offices in the heart of Sydney CBD.

The main focus of the contract will be to support the implementation of all aspects of e-Retail operation across local markets (Australia & New Zealand). Breaking this down day to day, you will:

- Work closely with the Online Account Manager to execute e-Retail & e-concession strategy
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to execute E-Retail/E-Concession activities.
- Assist the Assistant Online Account Manager with implementing the strategy in line with brand’s identity and objectives.
- Support the Assistant Online Account Manager to achieve sales and brand growth via product enrichment, cross brand page e-merchandising and asset
- Support the Assistant Online Account Manager with novelty and activations execution.
- Complete daily performance and exposure check at sites for PC, mobile and APP and report any anomalies to e-Retailers.
- Optimise e-merchandising.
- Coordinate product catalogue and content updates (include content localisation and validation by Marketing teams) and arrange digital assets updated from central and modify assets to meet requirements.
- Coordinate enrichment and merchandising of product novelty launches to ensure on counter dates are met for partners.
- Assist with E-Retail campaign analysis and reporting for wider business.

This is a brilliant role for an e-Commerce, e-Retail Marketer with a good year or 18 months experience in e-Retail or e-Commerce administration or Marketing. Experience in retail/manufacturing industry with high SKU consumer products (cosmetics preferred) would be advantageous and may enable you to hit the ground running. More importantly, it's about attitude. Demonstrating a desire to learn about online merchandising and content management systems and showing an interest in existing and emerging e-Commerce and Digital Marketing trends.
