Step into a dynamic role as a Temporary Accounts Payable and Payroll Officer with a leading onshore seismic contracting expert in Australia. Renowned for innovative seismic data acquisition solutions across oil & gas, minerals, coal, and research sectors, our client is seeking a skilled AP & Payroll Officer to bolster their Finance Team on a temporary basis.

**About the role**

Duties will include and not limited to:

- Processing end-to-end fortnightly payroll for permanent and casual employees.
- Assisting with end-to-end Accounts Payable including processing invoices and credit notes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-data for payroll files and employee records.
- Assisting with related administrative duties as directed.
- Responding to any internal payroll queries.

**About you**
- 3+ years prior experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience with manual payroll processing.
- Prior experience with Attache (not essential, highly desirable).
- Intermediate / strong Excel Skills.
- Good communicator.
- Proven capacity to work autonomously and to approach activities with initiative.
- A capability to work, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build positive, professional relationships.
