**Location**:Perth Precinct, WA, AU
- Reporting into **the Parts Sales Manager**, the **Internal Sales Representative will** join our Retail Sales Team on a fixed term basis at our Perth Precinct. This role involves being accountable for increasing telephone sales of Caterpillar parts and service solutions to customers within the General Construction industry.

**Roster**: Monday - Friday, 8.5 hours/day (including meal break)

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide support to a select group of WA Retail Construction Industry customers ensuring the customer is maximising the productivity of their Caterpillar equipment through utilising all the WesTrac and CAT services
- Liaise with customers to increase sales of genuine Caterpillar worktools, parts and service solutions.
- Identify and qualify parts and service and/or equipment leads and document activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Develop and mature the customer base to increase total parts and service sales
- Maintain an accurate and up to date account database

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience within a sales position, including demonstrated telephone sales experience and understanding of best practice sales methodology.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers on all levels.
- Advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software - highly desirable
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workloads in a high-paced environment.
- Well-developed analytical and decision-making abilities with the ability to work well autonomously and within a team.
