We are seeking a friendly and organized Full Time Receptionist to join us at Choice Wardrobes.

If you have excellent communication skills, a knack for managing bookings, and the ability to navigate basic computer systems, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and schedule bookings for consultations and installations.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain a welcoming and efficient front desk environment.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-focused attitude with a friendly demeanor.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Can handle solitude as many times you will be on your own in the office
- Can work long term
- Applicants with full working rights & ability to work at least 4-5 days a week 8 hours a day

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
