We are looking for a **Full Time Veterinary Receptionist **to join the team and be the new friendly face of our **Jindalee Clinic**

We are a large and well-equipped practice, with a team full of personality who work like a family in the fast pace within these clinic walls Our clinic sees a wide range of patients and cases, both surgically and medically, creating a constantly changing, dynamic and exciting working environment.

**This is a great opportunity for a Veterinary Receptionist to utilise their skills, with plenty of room for growth to support the families and pets of our region**

**Your Role and Responsibilities will include**:

- Greeting our clients and patients in a warm, friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining a consistently high level of organisation and cleanliness in reception

**What you’ll bring**:

- Prior reception experience (within the Veterinary industry advantageous but not essential)
- Will enjoy chatting to the clients and building great relationships with them and their pets
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Able to work unsupervised but also loves to be part of a team
- An enthusiastic approach to tasks with a ‘nothing's a problem’ attitude
- The ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
