Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a keen eye for detail? Penske Hazelmere are currently seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic team on a **fixed-term contract lasting 16 months.**
- Provide crucial support to customers and the Service team in managing all invoicing processes.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in handling invoicing requirements.

**About you**
- Minimum of 2 years clerical experience, preferably with job costing experience.
- Ability to communicate information in a positive manner, i.e. clear, logical, helpful, prompt, to both clients and fellow employees.
- Ability and willingness to accept responsibility.
- Ability to manage/organise own time.
- Detailed knowledge of warranty preparation, submission and follow-up to eventual completion of whole warranty claims.
