**THE OPPORTUNITY**
This position works closely with the Chief People Officer and the Remuneration & Payroll Manager at our St Kilda Road offices/hybrid working with the following key responsibilities:
**Role responsibilities**
- Preparing Board and Executive reports on matters such as international recruitment, remuneration, employee engagement, compliance and training
- Management of Group Short Term Incentive (STI) calculations and analysis.
- Support the annual remuneration review
- Support the annual Share grant under the General Employee Share Plan
- Assist in ad hoc remuneration benchmarking requests
- Responsible for remuneration survey data submission
- Manage, collate and submit WGEA reports
- Administer compliance training within the Group’s LMS
- Support Group function employees in HR related matters

**Does this sound like you?**
- Strong MS Office skills, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to source data from multiple systems and report aligned group reports
- Previous experience of working in HR and knowledge of HR processes and systems
- Team player able to work constructively across the business and with HR, Finance, IT and Payroll
- Excellent Communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with remuneration & benefits and working within an ASX listed organisation is desirable
