**About the opportunity
As an Integration Support Analyst experienced in API and SDK system integrations, you will work directly with our partners as the main point contact for onboarding, support, and testing of our well defined API product offerings. Based in our Melbourne office, you work closely with our globally distrbuted teams to ensure that issues are appropriately prioritised and resolved. In this exciting and critical role, your focus will be on the entire partner integration experience, providing best in class payment journeys by:

- Acting as the primary contact for new and existing technology partners integrating to APIs as part of business critical projects
- Providing responsive and in depth technical support of payment Device, Back Office and Card-Not-Present API offerings
- Owning support triage, analysis, and escalations of API and payment processing issues
- Proactively monitoring API usage and anomalies with best practice tooling
- Enhancing documentation, knowledge bases and FAQs for internal and external consumption
- Establishing partner experience “best practices” for onboarding and supporting
- Playing an active role in new feature development and go to markets by contributing to testing and documentation activities
- Bringing a “voice of the customer” to ensure ongoing quality of service and outstanding API products for partners
- Onboarding, engaging and supporting partner integrators from initial API exploration through to UAT go live and ongoing BAU production support
- Working within a cross-functional agile team of engineers, product managers and a tight-knit group of Support people to refine support and feature go to market processes and activities

**About you
Ideally, you'll have:

- 3+ years experience as a Technical/Application Support Engineer/Analyst, or 5+ years combined technical support, QA testing or engineering experience preferably within the international payments, banking or trading sectors
- Deep understanding of REST APIs in B2B SaaS platform integration environments
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
- Exposure to JavaScript, Java, API authentication mechanisms advantageous
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with a real passion for problem solving
- Solid technical background with excellent SQL skills and exposure to AWS, and other logging and monitoring tools
- The ability to interact with multidisciplinary stakeholders through high quality written and verbal communication
- The ability to work under pressure, multitask and consistently meet tight deadlines
- A 'can do' attitude and ability to find pragmatic solutions to challenges while maintaining a positive outlook
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a cohesive team

You may also have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics or equivalent
- A basic understanding of cryptography including key exchange and algorithms
- Some experience within transaction-based processing systems such as payments and finance
