Art of Smart Education is seeking a friendly Campus Operations Coordinator career professional to join our Hills Campus. You will provide a range of administrative services to our students and parents.

**About Us**

Art of Smart is on a mission to help 1 million students answer the question, “What am I going to do with my life when I finish school and how do I get there?” We’re an award winning provider of tutoring and mentoring for students in Years K-12 for the past 12 years.

**What does the role involve?**
- Be the face of our Hills Campus by engaging with parents students and tutors face to face to resolve their concerns
- Day to day operations (feedback calls, printing class materials, inputting data into spreadsheets and maintaining cleanliness of campus)
- Coordinate staff communications to make sure our systems function smoothly
- Liaise and coordinate with external partners, contractors and suppliers
- Answers incoming phone calls and handle them promptly, professionally, and courteously
- Book students into tutorials and classes, and support our teaching team with scheduling
- Opening and/or closing of centre before and after operating hours

The role is expected to be 10 - 15 hours per week
The role requires having availability during our opening hours: Monday - Friday 2.30 pm - 7.30 pm and/or Saturday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm

**About You**:

- You have 1+ year experience in a Customer Service/Administration related role
- Knowledge of the education industry
- Demonstrate commitment to the mission and values of Art of Smart Education
- You are a people person who loves helping and supporting others
- You are mature, have lots of initiative, and fine attention to detail
- You love getting stuck into a to-do list and are incredibly organised
- You love a fast paced environment, can multi-task and deliver under time constraints
- You’ve got good computer skills and are quick to learn new platforms

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
