Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Business Support (Administration Assistant) with 4 years industry experience to provide administrative support to our Lead Director and project administration to our Infrastructure Team in Brisbane.

**Job Description**:
We are currently searching for a Business Support (Administration Assistant) professional to support the operations function across a growing team in the Infrastructure sector. This role would be to help our Lead Director who manages our largest team across Australia and New Zealand.

Some duties for the role is:

- Project Administration duties.
- Financial reporting including budgets, project forecasts, review and analyst.
- Tender/bid support and preparation.
- General administration tasks.
- End of month invoicing and reporting.
- Processing supplier invoices.
- Diary management for the Directors.
- Client liaising.
- Expense claim preparation/submission.

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Business administration/management qualification or relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with D365, Teams and Sharepoint would be an advantage
- Proactive approach with the ability to drive compliance requirements of the team
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, ability to work autonomously and strong problem solving skills.
